Network Adequacy Reports Submitted for 2026
Below are the reports submitted by PBMs providing benefits under health benefit plans as defined by Act 77.
Within the Network Adequacy Reports, PBMs were provided with the opportunity to assert confidentiality to the responses to Question 2 and Question 6 by providing a redacted copy of the report. Within the Network Data files, PID has removed or redacted tabs and data elements that could potentially identify members or do not materially relate to the network’s accessibility.
Publicly posted network information required by Act 77 is intended to demonstrate network adequacy and accessibility as of the date of submission. Members should consult with their plan on any potential network changes.
