On May 28, 2026, final settlement in this matter was preliminarily approved. As a result, some members may receive additional settlement checks pursuant to this matter as soon as November. Members may determine whether they are entitled to a check by emailing info@pserssharedriskclassaction.com and providing their name and address. If their address has changed in the past year, they should provide current and previous addresses.
