    PUBLIC SCHOOL EMPLOYEES’ RETIREMENT SYSTEM (PSERS)

    Payer Express Additional Information

    • The website for Payer Express will be https://www.payerexpress.com/ebp/psers/
    • The website will not be live until 2/27/2026.
    • If you have problems logging into Payer Express, click Password Help and follow the steps.
    • Payments take one business day to post in ESS.  Initiate your payment in Payer Express and choose a pay date one business day in advance of the due date to ensure we receive in time. 
    • If your payment is due to PSERS by Tuesday the 10th, ensure that you log in to Payer Express by Monday the 9th and select a Pay Date of the 9th.
    • Business Managers listed in ESS were imported into Payer Express.  The business manager is shown on the Employer Info Page.
    • Business Managers will not receive an email when the Payer Express system is up.  Go live is scheduled for 2/27/2026 and Business Managers can log in then.
    • If the Business Manager wishes to have another individual be the primary user, the school can update the contact information in Payer Express following the instructions for additional user set up and deletion.
    • If you had a change to your Business Manager recently, please update ESS and send an email to PSERS’ Employer Accounting section at RA-PSERSEMPACCT@pa.gov.  We will update Payer Express before go-live.
    • If you recently changed your bank account in Cash Con, please verify that the updated bank account information has been transferred to Payer Express.  If not, please update prior to your first payment initiated in Payer Express.
    • If you have questions, contact PSERS’ Employer Accounting section at RA-PSERSEMPACCT@pa.gov.
    • A shortcut will be available for PayerExpress to replace CashCon on ESS.
    • The last day to enter payments in Cash Con is 2/25 with an effective date of 2/26.
    • Multiple payments can be made at one time in PayerExpress if they use the same bank account.
    • Training materials are located on PSERS’ public website in the same location as where the Cash Con instructions were located.
    • Payer Express works in all three major browsers Internet Explorer, Edge, and Chrome.
