    Approved Rate & Form Filing Search Tools

    In Pennsylvania, approved rate and form filings are available to the public. All filings are subject to Pennsylvania's public access statute. We have partnered with the SERFF Filing Access website to allow you to easily view these filings.

    • The Pennsylvania SERFF Filing Access Search Tool allows you to electronically search rate and form filings within the state of Pennsylvania.

    Interstate Insurance Compact Search Tool

    • In some cases, the Interstate Insurance Compact may be the reviewing entity for filings, so any filings submitted through the Insurance Compact can be found using the Interstate Insurance Compact Search Tool.
    • The Interstate Insurance Compact is a multi-state organization created to develop uniform standards and a centralized electronic filing system. 

    Filing Notice Search

    The Pennsylvania Bulletin can provide information on filings currently under review as well as notice of a past filing.
