Harrisburg, PA – Lieutenant Colonel George Bivens, Acting Commissioner of the Pennsylvania State Police, today announced the promotions of 10 sergeants, 13 corporals, and one liquor enforcement officer 3 during a ceremony at the Pennsylvania State Police Academy in Dauphin County.
Promoted to Sergeant
Sergeant Kelly N. Abati is assigned to Troop H, Harrisburg. Sergeant Abati enlisted in the State Police in 2016 and was promoted to corporal in 2024.
Sergeant David R. Brodeur is assigned to the Bureau of Emergency and Special Operations. Sergeant Brodeur enlisted in the State Police in 2007 and was promoted to corporal in 2018.
Sergeant Max T. DeLuca is assigned to the Bureau of Integrity and Professional Standards. Sergeant DeLuca enlisted in the State Police in 2007 and was promoted to corporal in 2024.
