Harrisburg, PA – Lieutenant Colonel George Bivens, Acting Commissioner of the Pennsylvania State Police, today announced the promotions of 24 sergeants, 46 corporals, and three liquor enforcement officers during a ceremony at the Pennsylvania State Police Academy in Dauphin County.
Promoted to Sergeant
Sergeant Michael D. App is assigned to Troop A, Greensburg. Sergeant App enlisted in the State Police in 2010 and was promoted to corporal in 2020.
