Josh Shapiro has invested $20 million in the Commonwealth Disaster Recovery Assistance Program, or DRAP, to provide grants to individuals and families recovering from disasters. Thanks to investments in the 2026-27 budget, DRAP is expanding to assist communities recovering from disasters.
