    Public Meetings

    Public meetings of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) begin at 11:00 AM in Room 117 of the PLCB headquarters in the Northwest Office Building, Harrisburg, Pa. Meetings are open for in-person attendance. The public can attend virtually via Microsoft Teams over the internet and via telephone (267-332-8737, code 487 165 728#).

    All public meetings feature at least two opportunities for public comment.

    The first happens early during the meeting. The second happens at the conclusion of agenda business. If a license that is listed on the agenda is recommended for non-renewal during the meeting, the Chairman will ask for comments about that specific license before a final vote is taken.

    People wishing to comment on items appearing on a meeting agenda are encouraged to attend that meeting in person. Those attending via Teams should review Using Microsoft Teams to Attend PLCB Public Board Meetings. 

    Meeting agendas are posted on this page at least a day in advance of the public meeting; however, agendas are subject to change.
