    The purpose of the Pennsylvania State Board of Higher Education is to provide direction, coordination, and support to ensure that institutions of higher education fully meet the workforce and economic development needs of this Commonwealth and ensure that all residents of this Commonwealth have access to affordable, world-class postsecondary education.

    Please use the South Drive entrance to the Forum.

    Meetings are held in the Big Pocono conference room, located on the 3rd floor of the Forum building. When you exit the elevator, the room is on the left side: signs will be posted for direction.

    Please note there is no visitor parking at the Forum Building. Public parking is available within a two-block radius. For up-to-date opportunities on where to park in downtown Harrisburg, visit the Harrisburg Parking Authority website.
