Participating in the Pennsylvania Farm Show is something many Pennsylvanians look forward to all year. It provides an opportunity to showcase the hard work and time invested in producing the best possible exhibits.

How to register
Before entering, review the department rules. Entries must be made and paid for online unless the rules state otherwise.
No checks or cash will be accepted for entry fees. If the PA Farm Show hasn’t received payment by the entry deadline, the entry will be considered incomplete and not be eligible to show.

Animals
The PA Farm Show features more than 30 different departments for animals, including livestock, horses, rabbits, poultry, and more. Some departments also offer knowledge, skill, and showmanship competitions as well as events like Sheep to Shawl.
Animal bedding is provided by Sunday’s Mill Co. You can learn more about how to purchase feed and additional bedding.

Family Living
This department features ten different subcategories ranging from baking contests to textiles to floral arrangements. With 4-H opportunities and competitions for both youth and adults, there’s something for everyone!
If you plan to send your entries by mail, use the Family Living shipping label. Mailed entries must be received by December 26, 2026. For all entries (mailed or dropped off), you should also include the master box list of Family Living entries inside the box.

Commodities
Want to showcase your Pennsylvania-grown pumpkins, potatoes, or portobellos? The PA Farm Show offers ten different departments that focus on commodities.
When entering, you should choose the best class in each department that fits your commodity. If you plan to send your entries by mail, use the Commodities shipping label. For all entries (mailed or dropped off), you should also include a master box list of Commodities entries inside the box.
