    Commercial Exhibitors

    Learn how to join hundreds of top-tier businesses in showcasing your products and services at the Pennsylvania Farm Show, where you can connect with a dynamic audience of customers, agriculture professionals, educators, and community leaders on the largest indoor farm show floor in the nation. 

    The Pennsylvania Farm Show showcases the diversity and quality of Pennsylvania's agriculture industry and the innovative people who make it thrive. More than 250 commercial exhibitors participate in the show each year.

    Prospective exhibitors must apply online. Current exhibitors will receive an expression of interest form after the show and do not need to reapply.

    Eligibility

    Commercial exhibitors must provide products and services that are of interest to PA Farm Show attendees. Companies based outside of Pennsylvania may participate, but will be limited to exhibiting in the New Holland Arena or through the Friends of the PA Farm Show Foundation, Inc.

    The Department of Agriculture and the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center reserve the right to approve exhibitor companies and products and may reject any application. We may prohibit, close, correct, remove, or eliminate any exhibit or part thereof that we determine is not suitable to the character of the PA Farm Show.

      Review our exhibitor resources and decide if you’d like to participate.

      The following resources are updated annually ahead of the next PA Farm Show.

      Apply online to be a commercial exhibitor.

      Use our prospective exhibitor form to express interest in participating the PA Farm Show.

       

      Certain guidelines may apply, depending on product types and the location of your sales or displays. If you're invited to participate in the show, we'll provide additional information.

      The PA Farm Show team will review your application.

      We review prospective exhibitor applications on a regular basis.

      If your application is approved, you’ll be placed on a waiting list and offered a space when it becomes available.
