About the Corporate Travel Card
Commonwealth employees in overnight travel status three or more times a year must obtain a corporate travel card, which may only be used for business-related travel expenses. Any employee traveling regardless of frequency may obtain a corporate travel card.
Employees with corporate travel cards must use their card for all business travel status expenses, including but not limited to lodging, subsistence, vehicle rentals associated with airfare, rental car gasoline, and parking.

- Pre-approval – Personal credit history will not affect your ability to receive a corporate card since no pre-issuance credit screening is required.
- Convenience – You can easily book online through SAP Concur while keeping your business and personal expenses separate.
To get a corporate travel card
- Print, read, and complete the card application and cardholder agreement which can be found to the right under Resources.
- Submit the card application to your agency’s travel card coordinator.
