How to use this chart:

Chest/Girth = Measure the chest just behind the front legs
Live Weight = Live deer on the hoof
Field Dressed = body cavity cleaned out (no entrails)
Edible Meat = Boneless edible venison
Weight is in pounds (lbs.)
