Delays and closings
The Office of Administration home page will display a banner for delay and closing announcements at the following locations:
- Capitol Complex
- Harrisburg area
- State office buildings in:
- Reading
- Scranton
- Philadelphia (801 Market St. and 801 Arch St.)
- Pittsburgh (411 Seventh Ave. and 301 Fifth Avenue)
For employees at all other work locations, please contact your supervisor for information on notification procedures for delays and closings.
Employee Resource Center (ERC)
Access the Employee Resource Center to:
- View information about your benefits, pay, and leave
- Submit a question or request to the HR Service Center
- View employee guides for financial wellness, live events, and telework
- View the Employee Bulletin Board
Please note: There has been a change to access for the ERC. If you are part of an independent organization, please refer to the external ERC access worksheet to view articles.
Employee Self Service
Access Employee Self Service to:
- View pay statements, update withholdings
- View and update health benefits enrollment
- Submit requests for leave, accommodations, travel reimbursement
- View and update employee information such as home address, emergency contacts
- Access My Learning for Commonwealth training
- View and manage leave, time, telework, and more for supervisors
