    Chief Information Officer
    Kevin Jackson

    Kevin Jackson is the PLCB’s chief information officer (CIO). He is responsible for leading and managing a complex information technology (IT) portfolio of people, infrastructure, systems, processes and projects that support the strategic and tactical needs of the agency. His responsibilities include IT policy, IT portfolio management, security with critical infrastructure protection, IT architecture, and information quality.

    Kevin is the former Chief Executive Officer of a strategic management organization specializing in transitional executive services, business and IT consulting and executive strategy. Prior to running his own consulting company, Kevin was the Chief Information Officer and Chief Experience Officer of The Wolf Organization LLC, where he was responsible for SAP implementation and innovation, IT infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions integration, cross-functional project management, continuous improvement efforts and delivering a great customer experience.

    A resident of West Manchester Township, York County, Kevin graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from West Chester University and an MBA in accounting and finance from York College of Pennsylvania. In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending quality time with his wife, watching his son play basketball, traveling to the beach and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.
