Prescription, Dental, Vision, and Hearing Aid Benefits

Prescription, dental, vision and hearing aide benefits are available from day one.  Employees can obtain up to a 90-day supply through the plan.​

What You’ll Pay for Coverage

Most employees pay just 3% of their gross biweekly pay for medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage under two of the three plan options.

 

If you choose the Choice PPO plan, additional costs apply.

 

*Your rate increases to 6% if you do not participate in the wellness program.
