Medical Plans

Select from three comprehensive medical plans:

Prescription, Dental, Vision, and Hearing Aid Benefits

Prescription, dental, vision and hearing aide benefits are available from day one.  Employees can obtain up to a 90-day supply through the plan.​

Employee Costs for Health Benefits

Health care costs for permanent full-time positions are as follows:

1. Medical Only or Medical and Prescription/Supplemental Benefits, you will pay

2.75%/5.5%* of your gross biweekly base pay AND

  • Single - $23.99
  • Family - $61.90

Note: Participation in the "Get Healthy" program does not reduce any plan buy-up costs.

2. Prescription Only, you will pay the lesser of:

  • 2.75% (5.5% if you do not participate in Get Healthy)* of your biweekly salary; or
  • $91.10 (single coverage) and $235.05 (family coverage)

3. Supplemental Benefit Only, you will pay the lesser of:

  • 2.75% (5.5% if you do not participate in Get Healthy)* of your biweekly salary; or
  • $15.97 (single coverage) and $41.16 (family coverage)

4. Prescription and Supplemental Benefits, you will pay the lesser of

  •  2.75% (5.5% if you do not participate in Get Healthy*) of your biweekly salary; or
  • $107.07 (single coverage) and $276.21 (family coverage)

*Effective July 1, 2026, the rate will increase to 3.00% (6.0% if you do not participate in Get Healthy)
 

Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Set aside up to $3,500 per year of pre-tax income for medical expenses like deductible, copays, and more.
