    CCAP provides a list of all counties in Pennsylvania. Each county offers opportunities for funding to its residents including Act 13 funding distribution.

    PENNVEST and PHFA are partners in a special funding program, the PENNVEST Homeowner Sewage Program. Assistance is available to eligible homeowners who need to repair or replace their individual on-lot septic system OR connection to a public sewer system.

    PIB is a PennDOT-operated program that provides low-interest loans to help fund transportation projects within the Commonwealth.
