The Bid Specification and Construction Contract Terms area provides contract term sheets that must be included in bid specifications and executed construction contracts, as applicable, for projects funded through PENNVEST.
The funding offer you receive from PENNVEST will provide a link to the appropriate term sheet that will apply to the funding source used for your project.

If you need help determining which funding source applies to your project, please contact your PENNVEST Settlement Officer or Project Specialist. To view the contact information for these individuals, log in to the PV Portal, locate the appropriate project, and select Dashboard from the navigation panel on the left side of the page. All contacts attributed to the project will be listed on the right side of the Dashboard and the list will include the Legal Admin. for PENNVEST, who is your Settlement Officer, and list your PENNVEST Project Specialist as well.
