PLCB Offers 10%-Off Sale in Advance of Temporary Closure of Kane, McKean County, Fine Wine & Good Spirits

Kane – Before renovations begin at the Fine Wine & Good Spirits (FW&GS) at 124 N. Fraley St., Kane, McKean County later this month, all in-store wines, spirits and accessories will be 10% off during regular business hours from Monday, April 17, through Saturday, April 22, when the store will temporarily close at 6:00 P.M.

"Our Kane store – in the heart of the Pennsylvania Wilds – is one of the most remote in our network," explained PLCB Executive Director Michael Demko. "We expect our customers will greatly appreciate renovations including new flooring, shelving, checkout counter and wall paint, but we will have to close the store for a period of time to accommodate the improvements.

"Because we know this may be a disruption for those who frequent the store, we will be offering a 10% off sale the week leading up to the closing, as a way to make up for the inconvenience of the temporary inaccessibility," Demko added.

The PLCB is hoping to reopen the Kane store the first week of May.

During the renovation project, customers are encouraged to shop for wines, spirits and accessories at these FW&GS locations:

  • 38 Davis St., Bradford
  • 44 Market St., Warren
  • 305 N. Broad St., Ridgway
  • 66 W. Mill St., Port Allegany

Additional locations and store hours can be found at FWGS.com.
