They will sign bottles of Whiteout Tequila Blanco (Code 100052385; $39.99) at each location. Event attendees must be at least 21 to enter the premises unless accompanied by an adult. Bottles will go on sale when each store opens on the day of each signing. Christian Hackenberg made an immediate impact when his college football career began in University Park in 2013. He led his team to a winning season and a bowl game victory that earned him conference Freshman of the Year honors. Over three seasons (2013-2015), he broke multiple program passing records, becoming the all-time leader in passing yards, completions, and total offense at the time. Known for his strong arm and poise, Hackenberg was selected in the second round of the 2016 pro football draft and had stints with professional teams in New York, Oakland, Philadelphia, and Cincinnati. Since his playing days, he has turned his focus to coaching, mentorship, and media, where he continues to share his passion for the game.

Kevin Kelly is recognized as one of the most consistent and prolific kickers in college football during his era. From 2005 to 2008, he served as a four-year starter in University Park, becoming the all-time leading scorer in both his program and conference history at the time, finishing with 376 career points. Known for his steady accuracy and clutch performances, he delivered in high-pressure moments, most memorably hitting the game-winning field goal in triple overtime of a major bowl victory as a true freshman. Kelly never missed a game in his collegiate career, appearing in all 50 contests. After college, he spent time with a minor league team and pursued professional opportunities, earning lasting respect from fans for his dependability and impact on the game.

Michael Mauti was known as the emotional leader and heart of the University Park college football program during one of its most challenging periods. Playing from 2008 to 2012, he was a fierce linebacker and team captain who earned All-Conference and All-America honors for both his performance and his leadership. Drafted by a pro football team in 2013, Mauti went on to serve as special teams captain from 2015 to 2017 in New Orleans, where he delivered a memorable blocked punt returned for a touchdown, echoing one of the most iconic moments in franchise history. His career reflects a relentless commitment to excellence, resilience, and inspiring those around him.

According to the official Whiteout Tequila website, “Every bottle of Whiteout is crafted with care,” “born in the heart of Jalisco’s agave fields [in Mexico], and raised by the spirit of Pennsylvania: a place defined by grit, pride, and loyalty.” Founders Mauti and Hackenberg describe their journey to develop Whiteout – the packaging for which playfully features latitude and longitude coordinates just north of University Drive in University Park, PA – as an effort to “bottle a feeling – the kind that hits you when 100,000 voices turn into one.”
