    The Pennsylvania Equine Council is a state organization that focuses supporting horse owners by providing them with information on ownership, health and care. During the Pennsylvania Farm Show the Equine Learning Center is created to provide an overview of horses and allow the opportunity for attendees of all ages to touch a live horse. Educational information is also provided. Our volunteers are available to answer any questions.
