    PA - eMarketplace - OGC-2026-19 Insurance Receivership Counsel RFP

    The Pennsylvania Insurance Department, Office of Liquidations, Rehabilitations and Special Funds (“OLRSF”) has identified a need for legal services to represent the R&Q Reinsurance Company (“R&Q Re”) Receivership Estate in general liquidation matters, litigation and collection matters.  This engagement may include other general work as designated by the Chief Counsel of the Pennsylvania Insurance Department or the Governor’s Office of General Counsel.

     

    PA - eMarketplace - OGC-2026-20 Authority Counsel RFP

    The State Public School Building Authority (SPSBA) and the Pennsylvania Higher Educational Facilities Authority (PHEFA) have identified a need for authority counsel to represent SPSBA and PHEFA during the bond issuance process.  The engagement may include other general work as designated by the Executive Director of SPSBA and PHEFA or the Governor’s Office of General Counsel.
