ORDER SUMMARY:
1. Christopher Petersen ("Petersen"), as a Member of the Pennsylvania Early Learning Council, failed to timely file a Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2021 in compliance with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act, 65 Pa.C.S. § 1104(a).
2. Per the Consent Agreement of the parties, we hereby levy one civil penalty against Petersen in the total amount of $200.00 for Petersen's delinquent Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2021.
3. To the extent he has not already done so, Petersen is ordered to make payment of the aforesaid civil penalty in the total amount of $200.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by forwarding to this Commission a certified check or money order in the amount of $200.00 made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.
4. Failure to comply with Paragraph 3 of this Order will result in the initiation of an appropriate enforcement action.

ORDER SUMMARY:
1. LaTanya Miller ("Miller"), as an Income Maintenance Caseworker with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services ("Department of Human Services"), failed to comply with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act ("Ethics Act"), 65 Pa.C.S. § 1104(a), when she failed to file a Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2020 with the Department of Human Services.
2. This Commission hereby levies one maximum civil penalty against Miller at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day her Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2020 has remained delinquent, for a total civil penalty of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00). Miller is ordered to pay said civil penalty in the total amount of $250.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by forwarding a check to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.
3. Miller is ordered to file a complete and accurate Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2020 with the Department of Human Services by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, with one copy forwarded to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission for compliance verification purposes.

Corinne Parson ("Parson"), as a Human Relations Representative 2 with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission ("Human Relations Commission"), failed to comply with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act ("Ethics Act"), 65 Pa.C.S. § 1104(a), when she failed to file a Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2020 with the Human Relations Commission.
2. This Commission hereby levies one maximum civil penalty against Parson at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day her Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2020 has remained delinquent, for a total civil penalty of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00). Parson is ordered to pay said civil penalty in the total amount of $250.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by forwarding a check to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.

2. This Commission hereby levies one maximum civil penalty against Grafton at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day his Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2021 has remained delinquent, for a total civil penalty of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00).
