CLEE training
CLEE courses are elective law enforcement training classes. They are MPOETC-approved. A CLEE course:
- Is offered by a certified academy or approved training vendor
- May be taken in place of an elective MPOETC class
- Counts toward your annual training required hours
- Is credited only in the year the course was taken
- Will only be counted for credit the first time you take it
CLEE courses can’t be used to make up for missed training from previous years.
For current offerings, see MPOETC-approved CLEE courses (PDF).
Receive credit for your CLEE course
To get credit, your department TACS administrator must enter your grades. While training providers maintain signed CLEE class rosters to verify attendance, keep your course certificate as additional proof.
You will only receive credit for a CLEE course once your administrator records the course into TACS.
