    Emission Reduction Credit (ERC) Registry

    The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) maintains an ERC registry in accordance with the requirements of 25 Pa. Code § 127.209. The ERC registry system provides for the tracking of the creation, transfer and use of ERCs.
