We will review your application to determine if your interest and background are a fit for the 22-week cadet program.
About the application
This 11-step application includes questions about the following information:
Contact Information
Your contact information and background. Additionally, your parent/legal guardian's and an alternate contact’s information.
Education
Your current school and education background.
Health
An overview of your past and current health conditions.
Criminal justice
Your criminal justice history and background.
Why do you want to join KSCA
Write short answers about your educational and career goals.
Your answers and information are not shared outside of KSCA. They are only used to evaluate your candidacy.
Before you start the application
You will need to complete the application with a parent/guardian. At the end, you and your parent/guardian will sign to submit it.
The application may ask for contact information from the following people:
- Parent/guardian
- Alternate contact
- Guidance counselor
- Social worker
- Juvenile probation officer
Prepare to upload any relevant court documents, like court order custody.
How to complete the application
Please answer the questions to the best of your ability. Each application is considered carefully. You will not automatically be accepted or denied based on your answers. Please answer honestly and truthfully.
