As a Commonwealth employee, you have the right to file a complaint if you believe you have been subjected to discrimination. Equal opportunity officers are responsible for investigating these complaints.

Filing a complaint
Note: There is no legal requirement that complaints be in writing, but you may be asked to provide a written statement.
Investigating a complaint
The agency EEO officer will investigate internal complaints. Every complaint is taken seriously and investigated either formally or informally depending on the allegations.
