As a Commonwealth employee, you have the right to file a complaint if you believe you have been subjected to discrimination. Equal opportunity officers are responsible for investigating these complaints.

Investigating a complaint

The agency EEO officer will investigate internal complaints. Every complaint is taken seriously and investigated either formally or informally depending on the allegations.
