    Violations of the Liquor Code include, but are not limited to:

    • Serving alcohol to minors
    • Serving alcohol after hours
    • Sales to visibly intoxicated persons
    • Noise violations
    • Drug activity
    • Gambling
    • Sales of alcohol without a license
