    Submit a Citizen's Commendation for Outstanding Service by a Capitol Police Employee (GSPS-86)

    Anyone can submit a commendation of appreciation for outstanding service to the community provided by a Capitol Police employee.

    If a Capitol Police employee provided outstanding service to you or others, you can submit a commendation of appreciation for them.

    Just fill out the Pennsylvania Capitol Police Citizen's Commendation Form and mail it to:

    Room 70E, Capitol East Wing
    Harrisburg, PA 17125
