Apply to Receive Federal Surplus Property

You must reapply every three years. To do this, you need to submit an Application for Eligibility and required documents. Once we have these on file, some documents, like the IRS letter, SBA letter, or Articles of Incorporation, don't need to be resubmitted unless there's a change in status or legal name.
