    Register For Municipal Electronics Recycling

    Municipalities wanting to collect electronics for recycling must first get department approval by completing a registration form. (Note: Collections registered this way won't be reimbursed under Act 190 of 1996.) Access your registration form online.

    Overview

    Municipal collections must recycle covered devices according to all laws. They can't send materials to recycling facilities without specific certifications. Pennsylvania facilities also need permit WMGR081. 

    Electronic submissions are preferred. Submissions are accepted year-round. Please submit the registration form or changes to the registration electronically to ra-eprecyclepa@pa.gov
