    File a Joint Request for Certification

    A filing by both parties in agreement of the composition and majority support of a proposed bargaining unit, requesting the Board to certify the employee representative as the exclusive bargaining agent of the bargaining unit. The Board will certify without hearing or election so long as the proposed unit complies with statutory requirements and Board policies.
