    Jen has been with SPSBA and PHEFA since 2006. She was appointed Executive Director in 2024 after serving as Director of Operations. Jen joined the Authorities as an accountant after beginning her career at the Pennsylvania Department of the Auditor General. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in business and a concentration in accounting.

    Dave has been with SPSBA and PHEFA since 1999. He started as a senior accountant after beginning his career at the Pennsylvania Department of the Auditor General. Dave is a certified public accountant and a graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
