For the first time, retired Commonwealth employees are eligible to participate in the annual SECA campaign. 

Commonwealth Retirees Can Now Donate to SECA

SECA is the only authorized charitable campaign for Commonwealth employees, offering an easy way to donate to hundreds of vetted nonprofit organizations. Retirees can now continue supporting the causes they value and extend their legacy of public service. Retiree contributions can be made via one-time check or money order.  

Donations should be sent to the SECA Program office for processing:

The 2025 SECA campaign runs from September 1 through October 24.
