The Bellwether District is a 1,300-acre, 14 million SF master planned, sustainably-built development on the site of the former Philadelphia Energy Solutions refinery in South Philadelphia. The initial development plan consists of a 700-acre logistics campus and a 250-acre innovation campus, projected to create approximately 19,000 direct permanent jobs.
