    Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission dismisses discriminatory complaint against City of Allentown Department of EMS

    Harrisburg, PA - The Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC) dismissed an alleged accommodation complaint filed by Nikki Ann Seibert of Allentown against her former employer, City of Allentown, Department of EMS.

    The PHRC also dismissed Seibert’s retaliation claim that she was terminated because she had requested an accommodation and had filed a complaint against her employer.

    After a public hearing was held on the matter, the commission found that Seibert had not produced sufficient evidence to support her claim.
