    Fast Track

    What is the Fast Track program and why is the Office of Transformation and Opportunity (OTO) offering this program?

     

    Fast Track streamlines permitting for high-impact economic development projects in Pennsylvania that require multiple permits from different Commonwealth agencies.  OTO provides inter-agency coordination alongside high visibility for project sponsors and the public at large.

     

    The Fast Track program was authorized by Executive Order as part of Governor Shapiro's permit reform initiatives.
