    The Health Care Services Review Division (HCSRD) administers the medical fee review, utilization review, and impairment rating examination processes according to the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act and Chapter 127 of the Medical Cost Containment Regulations. HCSRD is also responsible for managing the charge master fee schedule data and acts as a liaison to independent consultants performing medical access studies.
