The percentage that corresponds to the selection made in the Risk Factor Percent menu and to the specific row variables.
A percentage that appears in red for a county denotes a significantly higher figure compared to Pennsylvania. A blue rate or ratio denotes a significantly lower value. Significance for Pennsylvania percentages are not calculated.
Important: Percents will not be shown for samples < 50 due to unreliability of such calculations based on small numbers. Additional testing is performed on percentages based on sample sizes = 50 to compare there error measures to the error measure of a simple random sample of 50 for that same percentage. If the error is determined to be greater than the error of a simple random sample of 50 with the same percentage, the percentage is considered statistically unreliable and will not be shown.
Only one selection allowed.
Note: Available Demographic menu selections may change depending on the selection made in the Risk Factor Percent menu.
See EDDIE's Help section for more discussion of percents.
