Multiple selections are allowed when creating a table (hold down Shift or Ctrl key). However, this menu may be limited to a single selection when creating a chart or map.

Note: Pennsylvania is divided into six strata based on the Pennsylvania Community Health Districts (PDF).The health districts consist of between 8 and 13 counties. PA-NEDSS lead reports provide CDC reporting county.

The following is a list of districts/state that can be selected:

• Pennsylvania
• Northwest
• Southwest
• Northcentral
• Southcentral
• Northeast
• Southeast

Northwest: Cameron, Clarion, Clearfield, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Forest,Jefferson, Lawrence, McKean, Mercer, Venango, Warren counties

Southwest: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Cambria, Fayette, Greene,Indiana, Somerset, Washington, Westmoreland counties

Northcentral: Bradford, Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Lycoming, Montour,Northumberland, Potter, Snyder, Sullivan, Tioga, Union counties

Southcentral: Adams, Bedford, Blair, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton,Huntingdon, Juniata, Lebanon, Mifflin, Perry, York counties

Northeast: Carbon, Lackawanna, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton, Pike,Susquehanna, Wayne, Wyoming counties

Southeast: Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Montgomery,Philadelphia, Schuylkill counties
